How To Place Your Order
You should be able to place your order by clicking on the cart icon underneath the item you are willing to purchase. All transactions are done through PayPal. If the item you want does not have a paypal button,and you are a member of paypal,you can send the funds through paypal to my email address; cots@talk21.com with a note giving delivery address and item you want.
If you want to pay by cheque/postal order, please send it with your name, address, telephone number, and the item you are willing to puchase to Swift Products Ltd 4 Hildyard Rd London SW6 1SQ .If sending a cheque/postal order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery as I am not in the office every week.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to COTS & BEDS 62 Grand Parade London N4 1AF in its original packaging with a note inside within seven days of receipt and you will be refunded. Please note that we are not able to refund the cost of your return postage.
The items are sent through parcelforce.co.uk. Delivery is usually 2-4 working days, and we can supply a tracking number if your order has not been recieved within week.
For european orders,the charges are on the home page, you will have to send the money direct through paypal to my email address cots@talk21.com with a note giving your name address and the item(s) you are after,
