hey i bought one of your acoustic guitars . i love it , but the first frett of every string plays a very bad "2nd fret" tone.

is this a problem with the model of guitar or a fault with the individual unit . please reply to damien_castle@hotmail.co.uk.

im not saying the guitar is horrible or not good because it is , especially for the price i paid .

I bought an electro acoustic model and it is almost identical in dimensions to my pal's Tanglewood. They sound almost identical as well.
I paid about £45 - my pal paid £450!

Hello!

I would like to ask if your salesman are the same person in your shop, like on Ebay or on swiftmusiclondon website?

The why is because, I bought a guitar about 1 and a half year ago, after the purchase I realized the guitar has a malfunction and cannot be tuned properly.
I went in (with receipt) shop about 2 days later to ask about a replacement even a refund, but the old salesman just refused both. Sometime later I find Swift on Ebay too, and the guarantee, says replace or refund on damaged instruments.

Of course I'm not looking for refund after 1 and a half year, cause is nonsense! The thing is that I'm planning to buy a new instrument for my beginner student, also to make sure that this time in any case of problem, I can have a replacement!

Hey,

I bought my first electro acoustic from you guys and to this day I haven't found an acoustic that I feel more comfortable playing. So much so that I intend to not only buy my second acoustic from you but also a telecaster as well.

Was just wondering if you could give me the specs of the telecasters.

Thanks.

Hi Everyone!

I bought today an acoustic (natural) guitar to my new student. It's in a nice condition, and now doesn't sounds that nasty.
I had to polish up the frets a bit, to get a rid of with the saw. (The noise what the string makes when you bending that) The middle "bone" in the body has a bit of BuZz in some frequencies, but I sill can fix it, whit a drop of glue.

Apart from that and a few dings, the guitar has a nice bright tone and a fairly nice sustain. As a beginner or first guitar it's really awesome! The guitar canvas bag is a bit tight, but fit on the instrument.

So yes I DO recommend Swift to you guys! Also I'm getting interested about the Swift electric guitars. I might will buy one to see how it is and test it, even if I have three other brand at home.

Regards: Matt.

Hey,

I'm planning to buy one of your electric guitars. I see many people talking about how is quality, and setup on instruments.
Do you welcome reviews and videos about the instruments if I make?

Thx: Matt.

If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you'd like to win but think you can't,
It's almost certain you won't.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.

Hi,
A friend of mine ordered a guitar through a friend of his for me. It's a black telecaster. Till today i only knew that it was ordered from London, i didn't have an idea what the manufacturer is, because nothing is written on the guitar headstock. I also knew that the guitar should be very good, because that's what my friend has been convincing me. The problem is that i spoke today with another friend of mine who knows the other guy. He said that the guitar is ordered from You and that it costs about 50 Pounds. That shocked me, because i gave about 150 Pounds for it. Is there some kind of better version of that telecaster that costs 150 Pounds or is that the only model you offer ? Sorry for bothering you, but please answer me so that i know if my friend has cheated me very badly.

Thanks!

I bought the tenor banjo because I'm a guitarist and wanted a low cost banjo on which to use Chicago tuning. I changed the bridge to get the action down and I'm very pleased with the instrument - sounds just like a banjo and plays really well.

Got Black Wicked delivered pretty quickly but is a sub par guitar. When received wasnt even close to being in tune, so tuned it and strings only held it for around 10 seconds. Went through all spare strings trying to tune so put on Ernie balls which actually work as they should. After tuning needed to adjust the horrible floyd rose bridge that if i knew was on the guitar i wouldnt have bought it. the springs inside the guitar cant be tightened to lower the floyd rose because screws were put in lob sided. Overall pretty disappointed with the guitar as i could have got a better guitar that came with an amp for what it has cost me just to get it fully working. Also multiple imperfections with the paint and a dry fretboard.
To anyone thinking about buying one avoid like the plague.

Just bought the left handed version off ebay and VERY impressed. It feels, looks and sounds amazing. It hardly needed setting up at all... the action and intonation were perfect!
Been a bass player for nearly 40 years and never owned an electro acoustic, so thought I would take a chance on this as it was so affordable. I really didn't expect such quality for such a great price. Thank you Mr Swift, you made my day... TWANG! lol :-)

I BOUGHT MY Swift Electro Acoustic cutaway guitar on e-bay from Brain swift of London in September 2011 of this year. I was uncertain in purchasing one at first as I had herd a lot of negative feed back on the net about these guitars, and thought that they must be some kind of cheap plastic imitation, that would play & sound rubbish. I must point out that this is my first swift Electro Acoustic guitar that I’ve bought not the first guitar that I have ownwed. As I have been playing guitar for the past 30years now I have still got my black jumbo “LORRENZO” Acoustic guitar which I purchased in the 1980’s from a mail order company in London. I think I paid the princely sum of £49 for it back then. So I was a pleasantly surprised when I received my swift electro guitar by the sounds I was getting out of it in my 8Track home recording studio .It’s sounds so dame good crisp and clean like a guitar costing many Hundreds of pounds more than a £45 guitar!. Also the finish and look is very good and exclent. So for £45 it’s a snip. I know it’s not a Gibson, Martin or a Taylor acoustic guitar but it sounds pretty dam close to me. I do play other guitars as well such as electric and I do own 3 Gibson les Paul’s so I don’t need to tell you how much they cost as you can see for yourself on e-bay, or any music shop you can go and look in. So all in all it’s a bargain for £45!
